As well as designing, manufacturing and selling excellent products, Anetic Aid is committed to providing the highest possible standard of aftercare service and product reliability.
The company offers a unique extended warranty and service package which cover all parts, labour and call-out fees for its trolleys and tourniquet systems.
The Medicines and Healthcare Regulatory Agency (MHRA), the government agency which regulates the use of all such equipment, has issued a number of Bulletins and Directives setting out stringent requirements for user organisations to ensure servicing arrangements are made with appropriately qualified engineers and that all their medical devices are identifiable so that their individual service history can be recorded. Anetic Aid follows these guidelines strictly, in accordance with its ISO quality accreditation systems and also the European Directive 93/42/EEC for the control of medical devices.
It is with these requirements in mind that Anetic Aid has recently extended its service team, and there are now five field engineers providing cover across the UK, a specialist tourniquet expert and a dedicated support engineer based at the company’s Guiseley headquarters who is on hand to give advice over the telephone. All are fully trained in every aspect of Anetic Aid equipment and regularly updated on product developments – both of which are integral to the company’s quality system.
There is also a service administration team which co-ordinates diaries for service appointments and maintains service contract records, including serial numbers of all items of equipment – including the 10,000 Anetic Aid Trolleys in hospitals and clinics across the UK. Recognising the need for rapid response, Anetic Aid also keeps a stock of every spare part and component required for its product range.
Once equipment has been delivered, Anetic Aid offers demonstrations and training on its equipment to ensure users fully understand all of each item’s features Full operating procedures covering every aspect from preparation and operation to cleaning and maintenance are provided with every trolley and tourniquet system. There is also a Tourniquet Best Practice Guide and a recent addition to our customer support material is a QA3 User Guide in interactive pdf format.
Anetic Aid manufactures and supplies operating theatre equipment. Products include Patient Trolleys, Electronic Tourniquets, Pressure Care Pads and Mattresses, Surgical Instruments, Electro-Surgical Accessories and Stainless Steel Furniture.
